Cleddau Bridge Abseil Challenge launched -
with four animals testing the descent!!

Following the press conference held at the Cleddau Bridge Hotel on Thursday March 7th, four animals, including a Giraffe, a Tiger, a Bear and a Blue creature of indeterminate species, risked life and limb to test the feasibility of the 160 ft drop.

The Dyfed-Powys Marine Section was available to pick them up at the bottom - and all animals are safe and well after their adventure.

The Conference itself was introduced by Ruth Verrier Jones who is the main contact with the Noah's Ark Appeal for applications and Sponsorship forms. Mr Lyn Jones spoke on behalf of the Noah's Ark Appeal and introduced all the guests upon the top table. Each of those present offered their full support for the venture.
